Senior Staff members are hired by the Governing Board.  The Lead Minister acts as the Chief of Staff.  Support staff are hired by the Senior Staff in consultation with the Lead Minister.   The Personnel Advisor acts as a resource to the Board and ministers in matters relating to all non-clergy employees. The Lead Minister is called by a special congregational vote.

Rev. Di Bona is with us part time for this church year to work specifically with our small group ministries and pastoral care and to help support our new Lead Minister, Adam Lawrence Dyer. Rev. Di Bona has office hours on Tuesday and Thursday or at other times by appointment. It is best to email her directly to set up appointments.
