Our service will be led by members of the First Parish Racial Equity Team: Karin Lin, Lois Markham, Nina Lytton and Marcia Hams. Inspiring music will be provided by Linda Brown-San Martin and Brianna Meese.

As Karin will share in her reflection: “My Unitarian Universalist faith has taught me that
pushing against dominant oppressive systems is a sacred act. It gives me both the
inspiration and the strength to engage in holy resistance. In this spirit, today we present
music and poetry from Black, Native, and Asian artists as expressions of holy
resistance. May they inspire you as they have inspired us.
